IV. Anti-Spam Policy

Repeat violations will escalate administrative actions, including permanent blacklisting from all Site services and affiliated platforms.

V. Reporting Violations

User Accounts and Mailing List Subscription:

Standard Suspension Protocols:
While we may choose to apply a graduated response to violations, the following suspension periods are typical guidelines rather than guarantees:

First Offense: Temporary suspension of account privileges for a period of three (3) days.
Second Offense: Suspension of account privileges for a period of one (1) week.
Third Offense: Suspension of account privileges for a period of one (1) month.

Repeated violations, or offenses deemed severe in nature, may result in permanent account deletion and the banning of associated IP addresses. ScottSavino.com reserves the right to bypass the above escalation steps based on the seriousness of the violation at its sole discretion.

No Appeals Policy:
All termination and suspension decisions are final. Appeals will not be accepted or considered unless explicitly solicited by the Site administrator.

VI. Ban Evasion and Countermeasures

Users whose accounts have been suspended or terminated are strictly prohibited from creating new accounts to circumvent disciplinary actions. Any attempts to evade bans may result in:

Immediate termination of the newly created accounts.
Permanent blocking of associated IP addresses.
